Paris Jackson Refusing Rehab In Wake Of Suicide Scare: Report

Paris Jackson is reportedly resisting rehab.

According to TMZ, those closest to the 20-year-old have been urging her to enter rehab after what "law enforcement says was a suicide attempt over the weekend." Sources told the gossip site, "Paris is dealing with all sorts of emotional issues as well as substance abuse issues." While the model's team was reportedly ready to "spring into action," sending to her to a rehabilitation facility, on Sunday (March 17), she refused.

As previously reported, TMZ claimed Paris attempted to take her life early Saturday morning (March 16), and was rushed to a hospital where she was placed on a temporary 5150 hold. However, Paris denied TMZ's report, replying "F**k you you f***ing liars" in response to their tweet about her alleged suicide attempt. The 20-year-old was also spotted entering her Los Angeles apartment on Saturday

TMZ though stands by their report, claiming Paris was released just hours after she was hospitalized because "she told the hospital that had admitted her that her lawyers were taking her to UCLA Medical Center, and the hospital let her go with the attorneys, but she never ended up at UCLA."

As fans know, Michael Jackson's daughter has struggled since his death in 2009. She previously attempted suicide in 2013 and has been open about her battle with depression.

TMZ claims she's been "distraught" since the airing of Leaving Neverland earlier this month.
