Diddy Confesses To Crying For Over Three Hours, His Friends Offer Support

Diddy is not letting his pain and/or grief get the best of him.

On Tuesday (April 9), the business mogul took to Instagram to share with his fans that he's tackling his emotions head-on. "I ain’t gonna lie, I been holding a lot of sh*t in lately. I just had a three-and-a-half-hour cry and let it all out — or as much as I could tap into," he told his followers. "And that sh*t felt great. Sometimes you gotta let that sh*t out."

"To everybody out there — men, women, and child — don't be leaving nothing bottled up, let that thing out," he continued. "God will be right there to let you know: 'Come on, let's get up, let's go.' But I had me a had a three-and-a-half-hour cry and God is good. Let it go y'all. Message from me."

Following his post, many of his friends and fellow celebrities commented words of encouragement and support. " 'can’t pick up no crown holding what’s holding u down'. Amen. Lay your burdens down!" Killer Mike wrote. Jacquees also commented, writing, "LET IT OUT!!!!! ❤️👑🙏🏾 LOVE PUFF."

La La Anthony, Pharrell, Kid Ink, Lewis Hamilton, and more also offered their support.

As fans know, Diddy's emotional post came a little over a week after the tragic death of his friend and collaborator Nipsey Hussle. Diddy shared a heartbreaking tribute to the 33-year-old rapper, who was murdered in front of his own clothing store on March 31, last week. "Wow. I don’t even know what to say. I’m confused. Nipsey and I had just started really getting to know each other. I feel honored to have worked on his project," he captioned a video of them in the studio together. "Nipsey represents change, he represents evolution, he represents everything our culture needs to embrace. Black ownership. Black love. Black wealth. God bless you and your family King. @laurenlondon whatever you need we are here for you. My family is your family. 🖤"

Diddy additionally suffered the loss of his ex-girlfriend and children's mother, Kim Porter, in November.

Last month, Diddy admitted that he has major regrets when it comes to his relationship with his late ex. After sharing a throwback photo of him and the 47-year-old model/actress, recalling how she was always there for him, Diddy replied to fans' comments about the mistakes he made during their relationship.

"But you ended up messing with J Lo at the time," a fan commented on the photo. Diddy wasted no time addressing the rumor, responding, "yes I did." A second fan also came for his past actions, calling him out for never settling down with Kim when he had the chance. "and You Never Married her Whyyyyyy???? Yes I said..... you fake.... My opinion," they wrote. Diddy later responded, "never fake. I wasn't ready and that's it. I'm ready now but it's to late. Don't be like me."

A third fan also wrote, "Definitely should have made her wifey!!!" and Diddy replied, "facts."
