Diddy Faces Sentencing This Friday

Sean “Diddy” Combs will return to court this Friday for his sentencing on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution. His conviction carries a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison.

Federal prosecutors filed a 164-page sentencing memorandum recommending Diddy be fined half a million dollars and imprisoned for at least 135 months, which is 11 years and 3 months. Diddy’s legal team has asked the judge for a much lighter sentence of 14 months with time served. If granted, Diddy could walk free this Friday.

All eyes will be on the courtroom on October 3 to see how the judge rules and what the final outcome will be for the music mogul.
