Last week, we reported that Fabolous was arrested for domestic violence against his longtime girlfriend, Emily B. Since then, many more details about what led up to the couple's incident has surfaced.
On Wednesday (March 28) night, the rapper turned himself in to authorities. He was accompanied by his attorney. "Police tell us Fabolous surrendered around 8:30 PM Wednesday, and was booked for two felonies ... aggravated assault and making a terroristic threat," TMZ reported. However, Fab didn't serve anytime in jail. After being cited, he was just given a ticket for a court appearance.
After that news broke, we learned from reading some excerpts from court documents that Fab allegedly punched two of Emily's front teeth out of her mouth when he punched her seven times in the face. Fab also threatened Emily before this fight took place. After finding out that she was in Los Angeles -- Fab was also there on a business trip -- via Instagram, the rapper allegedly sent a text message to her saying that he wanted to "hit her in the head with a baseball bat and that he would kill her but he 'did not want to go out like that.'"
We then learned that Fab threatened to shoot Emily's father when the MC returned to his home in New Jersey, and got into an argument with him. Now, there's video that is consistent with these latest claims. "In the video, Emily is clearly trying to record Fabolous, which further enraged him," TMZ states. "He lunged at her a couple of times with the object in his hand, and she quickly retreated while screaming. You can also hear a child crying ... which could be one of Emily and Fab's two kids inside the house." The outlet added: "The video shows Fabolous telling Emily's father he has a bullet with his name on it." Viewers can also notice a sharp object, possibly a knife, in the rapper's hand, as he's doing all of this.
Fabolous lawyer later told TMZ: "This is only an argument. There certainly is no crime being committed. If what you see in the video were a crime, we'd have to build more jails."
