Tax season is here and the last thing someone wants to hear is that they're not receiving their income tax return check because someone else has cashed it.
In this prank phone call, Nephew Tommy calls one woman to tell her that her check has been cashed by her brother and that she owes the IRS $450 because they over paid her. As you can imagine, this woman was pissed.
The "King of Pranks" held nothing back with this one.
