Cardi B Gives Birth To Baby Girl Kulture Kiari Cephus

Cardi B is now a mommy! The rapper announced that she gave birth to a baby girl on July 10th and that her name is Kulture Kiari Cephus.

On her official Instagram, Cardi (real name Belcalis Marlenis Almanzar), posted a photo from her maternity shoot — which is very Beyoncé-esque — where she is nude, sitting side-saddle on a white chair, and has one hand on her pregnant belly and one hand covering her breasts as she is surrounded by flowers.

In the caption, she simply wrote her baby's name and date of birth, also tagging the little one's father, Migos' Offset. "Kulture Kiari Cephus 07/10/18 @offsetyrn," she shared along with a pink bow and pink flower emoji.

The name is very inspired by Offset, as Kulture can be taken from Migos' last two full-length albums, Culture and Culture II, and as for her middle name, Kiari — that's the rapper's real first name (Kiari Kendrell Cephus).

But it should come as no surprise as Cardi revealed back in April that Offset had named their baby. During an appearance on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show," she talked about the baby's name. "Yeah, my dude named the baby. I really like the name. I'm going to let him say the name since he named the baby. It's almost tricky but when it comes out, it's like 'Ahhhh,'" the 25-year-old star explained.

This week, rumors were swirling that Cardi had went into labor, and in the early morning hours of July 9th (the day before Kulture was born), she had responded to a fan on Twitter asking if she was at the hospital saying, "I'm at home watching IT." Guess she went into labor not long after that!

What's even more fitting about Kulture being born in July is that Cardi and Offset's epic Rolling Stone cover is for the magazine's July issue. The cover shows a nude pregnant Cardi draped in a black velvet robe with Offset kissing her baby bump.

Cardi first confirmed her pregnancy back in April when she performed on "Saturday Night Live." The rapper appeared in a form-fitting white maxi dress with her baby bump on full display.

Congratulations to Cardi and Offset on their new bundle of joy!
