Dylan Sprouse celebrated his 26th birthday on Saturday (August 4) in a major way: he chopped off all his long, luscious locks. Dylan's girlfriend, 24-year-old model Barbara Palvin, showcased his new 'do in a sweet Instagram post for his special day. "Even though it’s your birthday I feel I just got the biggest present of all," Barbara captioned a cute photo of the two. Do you think she's referring to Dylan's haircut?
Dylan's been rocking long, shoulder length hair for some time now, so this cut is a big change. Perhaps he was feeling a change for his next trip around the sun? Whatever the reason for the big chop, there's no denying his new hairstyle looks good.
Dylan's twin brother, Cole Sprouse, also rocked lengthy, shoulder length hair during their days as New York University students. He also underwent a hair transformation recently when he cut and dyed his sandy blonde hair a dark brown for his role as Jughead on Riverdale.
Now that both Sprouse brothers are rocking shorter 'dos, it's reminiscent of their Disney Channel Days. Their styles were much more similar back in the day. Even though they're on their own style and career paths now, the brothers remain as close as ever. Dylan even wrote an extremely unique birthday message to Cole on Saturday:
26 at MAXIMUM POWER. We could punch the f***in’ SUN with bare fists that’s how I’m feelin today. We climbed from the bonfire, working like scrappy wolves since pups, covered in ash, slew those who stood in front of us and STILL have knives in our boots.
