Blue Ivy Sings 'Circle Of Life' With Beyonce In 'Lion King' Inspired Gowns

Beyoncé and Blue Ivy seem to be the most excited about the forthcoming Lion King remake.

The mommy-daughter duo paid tribute to the film, which Bey stars in as Nala, by channeling their inner Lionesses for the 2019 Wearable Art Gala, which was hosted by Bey's mother Tina Lawson.

For Bey's look, she went all out wearing a custom Georges Hobeika sequined bodysuit that featured a lion's face on it and feathered lion's mane. Her breathtaking outfit was completed with a floor-length golden cape. Blue followed in her mommy's footsteps and also went with a Lion King-inspired look, wearing a tribal headpiece and a matching yellow gown.

In the photos and video Bey shared from the special evening to Instagram, the proud mom included a clip of seven-year-old Blue singing to the classic "Circle of Life." (Get ready to "awwww!")

As fans know, we are just a few months out from the premiere of the long-awaited Lion King remake. Billy Eichner, who portrays Timon in the upcoming film, recently revealed details about Beyoncé's role in the movie, calling her rendition of "Can You Feel the Love Tonight?" extremely moving.

"She’s definitely in the movie because I’ve seen a rough cut. And I’ve heard her sing ‘Can You Feel the Love Tonight?’ with Donald Glover and I’m telling you, it’s f**ing good," he gushed. "And that was never my favorite song to be totally honest…I liked it when Elton John sang it. I love Elton John. I don’t want to give too much away about that, they do not want us talking about it. I will just say that honestly, it made me cry, and I was not expecting that."

The Lion King hits theaters on July 19.
