50 Cent appears to be backtracking on his beef with T.I. after he tried to use Beyoncé's mother to troll him.
After both Tip and his son King Harris unleashed diss tracks aimed at him, the New York rapper-filmmaker fired back on his go-to platform, Instagram. He threw fans off guard by uploading a photo of Mrs. Tina Knowles-Lawson to his timeline and appeared to refer to T.I.'s offspring as "albino kids."
“l'm not gonna do it [thinking emoji], but s**t is getting weird,” he wrote in his caption. “little f**ked up albino kids, Grandmothers getting involved. WTF LOL”
The post came after Mrs. Tina offered her support to T.I.'s wife, Tameka "Tiny" Harris. The Xscape singer was dragged into T.I. and 50 Cent's beef when the G-Unit boss posted an unflattering photo of her. Tip also defended his wife in his diss track "The Right One."
"Grown men makin' memes, that's a weird-ass flex/Kick a n***a while they down, you a sucker for that," he raps on the track. "Havin' a moment, hate to let this n***a injure my life/But I'll give his ass the Cajun salt 'bout him mentionin' my wife."
50 Cent and T.I. have been going back and forth over the past few weeks amid the Atlanta native's renewed request for a Verzuz battle. Tip claimed that Fif previously agreed to face off in a song-for-song matchup, but backed out after T.I. publicly challenged him. 50 reacted by posting a series of memes on his Instagram timeline. However, following the Tina Knowles post, 50 Cent removed all posts related to the beef without any explanation.
