21 Savage is reportedly facing a federal lawsuit from a promoter in Europe who claims the Atlanta-based rapper made off with a massive paycheck for a tour that never happened.

According to a report AllHipHop published on Monday, March 2, the Slaughter Gang leader and members of his team are being sued by Dutch company J. Noah B.V., a.k.a J-Noah Entertainment. The company accuses 21 and his team of fraud, breach of contract, and other allegations regarding a brief European tour scheduled for 2019, which never materialized. In addition, the promoter claimed 21 pocketed $150,000 that was sent for the tour and never returned it.

J-Noah Entertainment said it sent a binder payment to 21's former manager, Kei Henderson, Girls Do It Better LLC, and YB Talent Agency on March 20, 2019, after it received an invoice. In the lawsuit, J-Noah claimed that the $150,000 was supposed to be held in a trust as both sides worked out the details of the tour. Unfortunately, the plan was put on hold after 21 Savage couldn't obtain a passport.

Both sides originally agreed that the $150,000 was to be returned within five days if the deal didn't work out. However, since 21 had to work out his issues after he was arrested by the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, each party allegedly decided to hold off on the refund. They reportedly planned to secure new dates after everything was settled.

From 2019 to 2023, 21's team allegedly kept giving excuses about why he hadn't gotten his passport. The lawsuit said things got worse in 2023 after the company discovered 21 had obtained his passport and booked another tour in Europe. The money they sent 21's team was not returned and the company still had not been able to book another headliner for its show.

J-Noah is suing for $150,000 in compensatory damages. They're also asking for consequential, incidental, and punitive damages. The company is requesting a jury trial to resolve the case. As of this report, 21 Savage has not responded to the allegations.
