6ix9ine is back on the streets after serving his prison sentence, and he spent his first night throwing cash in the air at a strip club.
Following his release from prison, Tekashi 6ix9ine left New York City and landed back home in Florida, where he decided to celebrate his freedom with a few friends at Booby Trap in Pompano Beach. The "Gummo" rapper was spotted leaving the gentlemen's club after blowing thousands on bottle service and tips for the exotic dancers. In a video TMZ published on Sunday, April 5, you can see 6ix9ine in a blue ski mask while taking photos outside of the club with famed jeweler Johnny Dang.
6ix9ine was released from the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, N.Y., on Friday, after spending the past three months behind bars. In a video he posted to his Instagram timeline, the N.Y. native rocked long, jet black hair and boasted about a SpongeBob SquarePants action figure he got imprisoned dictator Nicolás Maduro to sign while they were behind bars together. He also pulled out a fresh, diamond-encrusted chain that is reportedly worth $2.2 million.
"Fresh OUT THE FEDS $2,200,000 on the neck," he wrote in his caption. "GOD IS THE GREATEST. MY LORD AND SAVIOR. @vobara we did ittttttt MADURO SINGNED MY JAIL HOUSE SPONGE9INE😎
6ix9ine, born Daniel Hernandez, was sentenced to three months in prison after being found guilty of violating the terms of his five-year probation. His legal troubles began after he pleaded guilty to using drugs and traveling to Las Vegas in November 2024. He was sentenced to 45 days in prison and an additional year of supervised release. A few months later, he was charged with possession of cocaine and MDMA after police raided his home in Palm Beach County, Fla. He was also accused of assaulting a man inside a Florida mall last August.
The 29-year-old artist started his prison sentence in January. On the day before he entered the notorious prison, 6ix9ine boasted about potentially meeting Nicolás Maduro. Looks like he actually followed through with his plan to connect with the disgraced Venezuelan dictator.
