Cardi B's first-ever tour came to a dramatic end thanks to some tension backstage and a revolving door of stunning superstars.
The mother of four took over the State Farm Arena over the weekend, where she wrapped up her "Little Miss Drama Tour" with two sold-out shows. On Friday night, April 18, Bardi saluted some of the biggest names to come out of Atlanta. She started by handing off the mic to Mariah The Scientist, who belted out her song "Burning Blue." Later on, Cardi performed her latest hit "ErrTime" while surrounded by some exotic dancers and called on Jeezy to deliver his verse from the remix.
Cardi B closed out the first night by inviting the King himself, T.I., to the stage. Tip popped out to the tune of his new banger "Let Em Know" produced by Pharrell Williams, and stuck around to perform his classic "What You Know." After his set, the seasoned rapper took to social media to praise Cardi for bringing him out.
"Luv and respect @iamcardib," he wrote. "Sold da A out twice!!! I just came out to let 'em know.🫡👑"
Cardi B had an incredible first night, but she almost didn't hit the stage for the tour's finale. In the hours leading up to the final night, Cardi B shared footage from an argument she had with employees at the State Farm Arena. In it, she accused the employees of being rude and judging people for no reason. At the end of her rant, she threatened not to perform that night. She eventually did hit the stage, but she didn't let the employees at the arena forget what went down.
"I'm pissed off right now I ain't gon' lie," she told the crowd. "This arena been playing a lot of f**king games with me. This will be the last time I'm ever in this b***h. Next time I'm having my concert in the parking lot!"
Despite all the drama at the arena, Cardi B made sure to close out her tour the right way. Toward the end of the night, Cardi B brought out her final guest, Missy Elliott. The Rock & Roll Hall of Famer hit the stage with some dancers to perform her breakthrough hit "Get Ur Freak On" and her 2005 banger "Lose Control" with Bardi dancing and singing nearby. Once she finished, Cardi gave Missy the longest hug and fanned out over her set.
Cardi B made plenty of history during her "Little Miss Drama Tour." She is the first female rapper to sell out every show on her tour, and has the highest-earning gross per show. She also brought in the highest amount of revenue at a single venue when she took over Madison Square Garden for two nights. Overall, she earned over $70 million.
