According to TMZ, Rapper Sexyy Red has filed a lawsuit against her former security guard, claiming negligence led to a $500,000 theft during a family event in Florida. The incident occurred in January 2025, during a birthday retreat for her mother at a rented mansion.

According to the lawsuit, a masked individual entered the mansion through an unlocked door on January 12 and stole jewelry, watches, designer handbags, and other valuables. Sexyy Red alleges that the security guard and his security team were responsible for securing the property, and police investigations revealed that a door had been left unlocked.

Sexyy Red is seeking more than $500,000 in damages, blaming the guard for the oversight. This legal action follows a previous lawsuit filed by the guard in August 2025, where he claimed underpayment for his services as Sexyy Red's personal security guard from 2023 to 2024. He alleged he was owed $285,000 but was only paid $204,000.

Sexyy Red denies these allegations and is now countering with her lawsuit, holding Thompson accountable for the burglary. The case remains ongoing, with both parties seeking resolution in court.
