50 Cent made a virtual appearance during a court hearing regarding his cyberstalking case against Tia Kemp.

During a hearing held on Tuesday, November 3, the filmmaker-rapper briefly appeared via Zoom to discuss the temporary injunction he filed against Rick Ross' ex on behalf of his teenage son, Sire Jackson. He didn't say much, but he indicated that he plans to make the order permanent.

"Honestly, if she didn't respond the way she responded to the order, then I wouldn't even continue to pursue it," Fif told the judge. "But she just went off, and it continued to go in the wrong direction."

According to TMZ, Tia Kemp didn't appear at the hearing and hasn't been served with the injunction yet. In his legal complaint, Fif accused Kemp of targeting his son in multiple social media posts across four platforms in six days. She allegedly called the 14-year-old boy "slow" and claimed he was on the autism spectrum. She allegedly called him "slow" again during an October 25 interview and claimed he "can't talk." 50 Cent argued the harassment has caused his son humiliation and mental anguish.

Kemp has rebuked the allegations and dismissed 50 Cent's cease-and-desist letter on social media. After Jackson filed a $6 million lawsuit against her, Kemp discovered her Instagram account was disabled, and she's no longer able to go live on TikTok.

"All you 15 cent fans done reported my pages," Kemp said in a recent video.

50 Cent allegedly shared a screenshot of her disabled Instagram account and deleted it before his scheduled hearing.
