Offset wants the world to know he's not playing around about his upcoming album.

The Atlanta native addressed his critics in a new Instagram post he shared on Monday, November 3. He debuted the official cover art for his fourth studio album, GMFU (Got Me F**ked Up), and confirmed its new release date. Offset also included a lengthy message to his haters that reads like a fresh verse.

"Got me f**ked up," he began. "For too long I let people speak on my name like they know what it took to get here. I came from nothing to something. I made history. I lost people. I lost myself at times but always found my way back."

"I ain’t perfect," he continued. "Never claimed to be. I made mistakes. I made choices I had to live with. And I can own that. But everything I got, I had to fight for. And everything I’ve been through made me who I am today. I’m not asking for respect. I earned that. I’m not asking to be understood. Just hear me."

Offset had been teasing GMFU for some time. He previously spoke about the project last month and said he's "got some fire" on deck. The album was originally set to arrive on October 23, following the release of his Don Toliver-assisted single, "Every Night." However, on the day it was supposed to drop, Offset shared a post and wrote "GMFU 11:13" as his caption.

Over a week after pushing the album back, Offset returned with a fresh snippet from his next single. GMFU drops November 13. Listen to the latest teaser below.
