Dear Steve and Shirley,
I am in love with a much younger man. I have been divorced for 11 years. I’m in my late fifties and I've primarily been dating men my age. Here is my situation… I am dating a man that is 27 years old! I know, I am surprised myself. I have a son who’s in his late thirties and I asked him what he thinks. He said as long as I am happy, he’s happy. My son has met my boyfriend and so did the rest of my immediate family and they all love him. My boyfriend is a hard worker, he helps me around my home and we worship together. He loves me unconditionally and he said he hopes to marry me one day. I don't have a lot of money so he is not in it for that. I told my boyfriend if he was 20 years older I would ask him to marry me. The connection is fierce, we get along well, sex is off the chain and he is a sweetheart. I keep wishing that he was older. One day I will be in my 70s and he will be in his 40s, so then what? Steve and Shirley, I value your opinion. What should I do?
Should I stay in this relationship or get out while I am ahead?
Please help.
