Singer and TV personality Tamar Braxton revealed on Instagram that she recently suffered a traumatic accident. In an emotional Instagram Story, Braxton said she was found by a friend in a pool of blood and has since sustained serious injuries.
“I almost died Sunday,” she wrote. “I was found in a pool of blood with a face injury. I fractured my nose, lost some teeth and mobility. I don’t even know what happened to me.”
The shocking post caught fans off guard, especially given the singer’s typically upbeat social media presence. Tamar said she has been struggling to talk and is feeling mentally and physically weak. “The way I look at life now is totally different,” she added. “As my health is on the mend, my mental journey begins.”
Support from fans, fellow artists, and the entertainment industry quickly flooded in. Many offered prayers and words of encouragement as Tamar focuses on recovery.
