Paris Fashion Week may be over, but the drama between EJ Johnson and Rihanna is still getting attention online.
EJ attended the Christian Dior fashion show and later posted about the event, claiming guests had to wait roughly an hour for Rihanna to arrive before the show could begin.
“We didn’t care to wait for her, but the show was beautiful nonetheless,” EJ said while recapping the experience.
The comment quickly caught the attention of Rihanna’s fans.
Then things got even messier.
A separate video circulated online showing EJ apparently having trouble getting back inside a Paris hotel while photographers and security surrounded the entrance.
When the clip made its way around social media, Rihanna appeared to respond with just one word:
“Damn.”
And that was all it took.
Fans immediately interpreted Rihanna’s one-word response as a clapback to EJ’s earlier comments about waiting for her at Dior.
EJ has not appeared too bothered by the situation and continued posting glamorous Paris Fashion Week looks afterward.
There has been no confirmation that Rihanna personally caused the Dior show to start late. That was EJ’s account of what happened.
